PROJECT SUMMARY
BTL -- The Road Sessions is a conversational video-podcast mini-series under the Behind the Lens brand.
Each 10--12-minute episode dives into the real side of filmmaking and creativity the passion, the doubts, and the stories behind the lens.
We're building a small, creative team with genuine chemistry on camera people who love conversation, curiosity, and artistic truth.
ROLE
Female Co-Host (Age Range 25--40, flexible)
We're looking for someone with warmth, natural charisma, and curiosity about film and creative life.
You don't need to be a professional host just comfortable speaking your mind and sharing ideas with presence and humor.
Responsibilities:
Co-host relaxed, conversational episodes (two-camera setup)
Collaborate in shaping topics and tone
1--2 filming days per month (Los Angeles only)
Future Opportunity: Once Behind the Lens officially launches, the co-host will continue hosting The Road Sessions independently under the same brand with full credit and creative input.
